摘要
龙钢烧结使用块矿替换烧结矿作铺底料的试验表明:块矿替代烧结矿作铺底料有利于提高烧结生产率,降低烧结能耗,改善烧结矿强度和低温还原粉化指标,进而优化炼铁高炉炉料结构。含块矿烧结矿配比入炉率达到75%以上,大量使用块矿,使高价位外购球团矿使用量减少。同时高炉铁水含硅量、燃料比大幅度降低,1号、2号高炉吨铁燃料比较前下降了63.73kg,3号、4号高炉吨铁燃料比较前下降了75.98kg,生铁成本降幅在100元左右,高炉各项经济技术指标也大幅提升。
Experiments of replacing sinter with lump ore for bedding material was made in Longsteel. The results showed that sintering productivity was improved, energy consumption was lowered, sinter strength and RDI were improved, that optimized the burden compostion of blast furnace. The ratio of sinter in the burden reached over 75 % and quantitative use of lump ore resulted in less use of high cost pellet. In addition, the silicon content in hot metal was reduced and the fuel rate decreased significantly, by 63. 73 kg/t for BF No. 1 and No. 2, 75.98 kg/t for BF No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. The pig iron cost is lowered by about 100 yuan/t, and the economic and technical indexes of the blast furnaces are considerably improved.
