摘要
红钢1 350m3高炉近年在资源条件整体恶化、渣量大幅增加情况下,通过加强原燃料质量管理、控制高炉适宜的冶炼强度和煤比水平,优化高炉操作制度,强化生产管理,在高炉综合入炉品位降至51.5%情况下,实现高炉长周期稳定顺行,利用系数稳定在2.450t/(m3.d),燃料比控制在570kg/t。
In resent years, the overall resource conditions for steel industry have been deteriorating and the slag quantity considerably increasing for Honggang 1 350 ma blast furnace. By intensive management of fuel and raw material quality, appropriate control of the smelting intensity and the coal ratio, optimization of the BF operation system, and enhancement of production management, the BF has realized stable production for a long period in the condition of a comprehensive drop of charging grade to 51.5 %. The utilization coefficient has remained stable at 2. 450 t/(m^3. d), and fuel ratio at 570 kg/t.
