摘要
针对冷拔钢管磷化过程中磷化沉渣产生过多的现象,在实验室试验得出的磷化钢管沉渣量为1.898g/m2,冷拔钢管磷化生产过程中磷化钢管沉渣量为5~8g/m2。利用实验室数据结合生产实际情况,提出减少磷化沉渣的具体措施,同时指出在钢管的磷化过程中,只有有效地控制Fe2+质量浓度的范围,选用配方科学的磷化母液,制定合理的技术参数,才能明显减少磷化沉渣,从而达到提高钢管的磷化质量,降低消耗的目的。
Experiment was made in the laboratory, aiming at solving the problem of excessive phosphating dregs in the phosphating process of steel tube cold drawing. Quantity of phosphating sediment from laboratory experiment was only 1. 898 g/m^2, while that in actual processing was 5--8 g/m^2. Based on the experimental data, in combination with the actual processing conditions, measures were formulated to reduce phosphating sediment. It was pointed out that, during the phosphating process, only the effective control of the range of Fe^2+ concentration and use of well formulated phosphating liquor could decrease considerably the quantity of hosphating sediment, thereby improve the phosphating quality, and reduce the consumption.
