摘要
温度场数学模型是层流冷却控制系统的核心。对层流冷却温度场模型的研究现状进行了评述,介绍了轧后层流冷却温度场的发展包括温度场的结构演变以及层流冷却换热机理的研究进展,介绍了层流冷却温度场与相变、应力/应变耦合计算及其应用效果,展望了温度场数学模型未来的发展方向。
Mathematical model is the core of the laminar cooling control. The current situation of research on mathematical model for calculation of laminar coiling temperature field is described in this paper. The development of run-out table laminar cooling temperature field is introduced, including development in the research on the structural evolution of the temperature field and laminar cooling heat transfer mechanism. The calculation of laminar cooling temperature field coupled with phase transformation and stress/strain, as well as the application thereof, is introduced. The future direction of mathematical model of temperature field is prospected.
