摘要
文章认为 ,理清劳动关系是地勘队伍属地化管理 ,地勘单位企业化经营的重要的基础工作。文章作者以安徽省地矿局的情况为例 ,探讨了地勘单位职工劳动关系混乱的种种情况和类型 。
The paper considers that straightening out labour connects are fundamental for localized management and business management of geological prospecting units. Taking An Hui Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources as example, author approaches all kinds of bad labour connects in geological prospecting units and points out three measures about the problems.
