地勘单位企业化管理工程已经启动。我们必须审时度势 ,理性地面对市场游戏规则 ,针对地勘单位的现实 ,牢牢抓住事转企运作的本质 ,在对出资者、产业体系、经营者、资产重组方式等方面重新构筑上下功夫 ,对其利益、力量、定位判断基础上 ,寻求有效途径 ,把地勘单位的改制推向深入。
Business management in geological prospecting units have been started, and we should judge the hour and size up the situation, rationally face the regulations of market game, concentrate efforts on investor, industry system, manager and the style of assets reorganization. Then, on the basis of judging benefits, capability and orientation, we should seek effective channel so as to deepen reform of geological prospecting units.
