摘要
办理采矿许可证延续登记手续 ,是地矿行政主管部门的一项重要工作。但是目前法规对此仅有粗略地规定 ,不好操作。本文在总结办理采矿许可证延续登记手续过程中所遇到的主要问题的基础上 。
It is important work for administrative responsible department of geology and mineral resources to go through the formalities of mine license and to continue register procedure. However, relevant law and regulations are sketchy at present, that is unfavorable for operation. The paper puts forward suggestions about the problems.
