摘要
物流经营战略是当今企业战略发展的重要组成部分 ,如何根据企业的特点开展有效的物流经营是提高企业竞争力的重要课题。本文详细分析了物流竞争企业的战略类型 ,并分别论述了不同类型的企业其物流经营的特点与途径。
Logistics strategy is an important part of strategic management of modern enterprises and how to practice effective logistic services based on characteristics of each enterprise is a major project on studying how to upgrade corporate competitive abilities.In this paper,the author analyze the types of competitive logistic enterprises,and discuss the diversified marketing characteristics and strategies of different type of corporation.
