摘要
大学生的学习倦怠问题在高校中比较普遍。学习倦怠是指学生因为学习压力过大或缺乏学习兴趣而对学习感到厌倦的消极态度和行为,表现为情绪低落、行为不当、成就感低三个方面的症状。本文从学习倦怠的概念出发,介绍了大学生学习倦怠的表现、发生过程和理论机制,分析了大学生产生学习倦怠的原因,并提出了相应的对策。
learning burnout is a common problem existed in colleges, learning burnout refers to college students do not successfully coping with stress or take no interest in learning activities, it presents as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low sense of achievement. This paper begins with the definition of learning burnout, introduce its symptoms, process and theoretical mechanism, then analyze the reasons of learning burnout and raise some countermeasures.
