摘要
高校大学生作为青年群体中最敏感的知识文化者,其心理健康问题日益引起国内外研究者的重视。目的:通过引入中介效应的概念来探讨核心自我评价在社会支持和高校学生压力之间的作用。方法:采用大学生压力量表、核心自我评价量表和社会支持量表等对405名大学生进行调查研究,利用回归分析来研究变量之间的效应关系。结果显示大学生社会支持与压力之间存在一种潜在的关系,社会支持通过核心自我评价这一内在的人格变量作用于个体压力,而核心自我评价则在两变量间起中介作用。

Objective: by introducing the concept of intermediary effects to explore core self-evaluation of the role between the social support and pressure of college students. Method: using the Students' Stress Scale, the core self-evaluation Assessment Scale, and Social Support Scale to research 405 college students, And the use of regression analysis to study the effect relationship between variables. Results show a potential relationship between college students' social support and pressure, core self-evaluation plays an intermediary role between the two variables.
