我国国债发行规模与趋势

Scale and Trend of National Bond lssuing in China

自 1994年以来 ,我国国债规模急剧扩大 ,积极的财政政策初显成效。本文引用国际上公认的衡量国债规模的四项指标 ,并结合西方发达国家的这些指标状况 ,对我国的国债规模进行了理性的比较分析 ,最后 ,得出了关于我国国债发行规模的一些基本结论。

The issueing scale of national debt in our country has expanded rapidly since 1994. This paper recommend four indexes which can judge the scale of national debt and has been testfied in the world,comparing and analying the scale of national debt in our country combininng the same index of developed country. Lastly, the author drows some conclusions on the scale of national debt in our country.
