摘要
本文在简要论述顾客导向营销策略主要理论的基础上 ,对企业内部实施顾客导向管理的体系、基本步骤及主要方法进行了阐述 ,分析了当前我国企业实施这一营销策略对于增强竞争力的重要意义。
The customer guided marketing, which concerned integrated marketing, relation marketing and customer satisfaction, ect. was reviewed in this paper. The practical moves of its marketing management had been described. BY conducting it, the enterprises in our country could be able to improve their competitiveness to the foreign enterprises.
