关于区域金融行为与区域经济技术结构形成的研究

Research on Regional Financial Activity and the Development of Economic Technological Structure of Region

金融是经济发展的一个主要推动力 ,金融行为在经济技术进步和技术内生机制形成过程中发挥着关键作用 ,它对区域经济有显著的技术结构调整作用 ,通过这种调整产生经济结构重组优化的原动力 ,并使区域经济发展中的外生力量转化为内生力量。本文分析了在技术内生机制形成中金融的作用机理 ,从金融行为角度提出从建立政策性的企业经济技术合作保险机制、设立区域产业投资基金。

Finance is a principle motive force of economic development. Financial activities play a key role in the progress of economy and technology and in the development process of technological endogenous mechanism. It has an outstanding effect on the readjustment of the technological structure by which it generates a motive power of the reorganization and optimization of economic structure, and it changes the exogenous force into the endogenous force in the development of regional economy. This paper analyzes the effect mechanism of finance in the contribution rate of technological progress and in the development of technological endogenous mechanism, and in the financial activity perspective puts forward several aspects such as establishing policy insurance mechanism of enterprises economic and technological cooperation, founding industry investment funds and standardizing investment activity of enterprises to promote the upgrading and optimization of regional economic technological structure.
