基于logistic回归分析的疾病预防控制机构应急演练满意度影响因素分析

Satisfaction factors analysis of emergency exercise for centers for disease control and prevention based on logistic regression

目的:调查分析影响黑龙江省疾病预防控制机构突发公共卫生事件应急演练满意度的因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取44个疾病预防控制中心(CDC),对650名CDC职工进行问卷调查。结果:对满意度的影响大小依次为对应急演练的重视程度、演练前培训质量、对应急演练的需求程度、年龄、演练的类型规模和CDC级别。结论:提高对应急演练工作的重视,以需求为导向,合理选择应急演练的类型与规模,做好应急培训准备工作。

Objective： To analyze the factors influencing satisfaction of public health emergency exercise for centers for disease control and prevention in Heilongjiang province. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling was adopted, combined with individual questionnaire survey. Forty-four CDCs were chosen as the sample and the valid questionnaires were collected from 650 CDC staffs. Results： Factors affecting satisfaction by size included the degree of emergency exercise attention, training quality before emergency exercise, demand for emergency exercise, age, the scale and level of exercise, and CDC level. Conclusion： it is necessary to increase the administrative support for emergency exercise, strengthen demand orientation and rational selection of emergency exercise type and size, and complete the emergency training preparations.
