摘要 介绍水平扫描的概念和意义,在新兴卫生技术评估中的应用和具体案例,对中国卫生技术评估的发展具有重要的启示作用。 This paper presented the concept of horizon scanning and its development and application in other countries, which provide inspirations to health technology assessment（ HTA ）development in China.
