摘要
以浦东新区北片5家二级医院为案例,着重研究公立非营利性二级医院的补偿机制,探索非营利性医院合理补偿的良性循环模式,为深化医疗制度改革提供理论依据和政策方案。
Taking 5 secondary hospitals in northern Pudong New Area as cases,this paper focuses on the financial compensation mechanism of public non-profit hospitals.By exploring the benign circulation mode of reasonable compensation for non-profit hospitals,the article proposed policy suggestions on how to deepen the reform of health system.
