以＂双三元＂模式培养高端技能型人才,是指我国职业技术教育对德国＂双元制＂职业技术教育模式的本土化改造的探索实践。所谓＂双三元＂是指政府、行业、企业和职业院校四方,可以形成两个平行的三元组合,即政府、学院、企业三元,或行业、学院、企业三元,通过＂政校企＂的结合或＂行校企＂联盟,以＂合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展＂的创新体制机制,实现高端技能型人才的培养。基于行业组织的高职教育＂校企合作跨界教育＂的改革思路,融进行业组织的学会、协会等元素。依托行业组织在企业与学院之间的平台,进行院企合作跨界教育。

Training talents with high skills through double fusions of three elements is a practical exploration into the localization of the German ＂Dual System＂ attempted by Zhuhai City Polytechnic.The so-called ＂Double Fusion of Three Elements＂ refers to the new school-running mode for government,industry,enterprises and vocational schools,the four parties together,to train talents with high skills through the integration between government, school and enterprise as well as the alliance among industry,school and enterprise based on the innovative mechanism of cooperation in running schools,educating students,achieving employment and realizing development.This paper puts forward the idea of cross-sector education through school-enterprise cooperation based on industry organizations, combining such elements as particular societies and associations.Relying on the platform between schools and enterprises provided by industry organizations,the research on the school-enterprise cooperation cross-sector education can be made.
