S-Zorb国产吸附剂在高桥催化裂化汽油脱硫装置上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 石油化工科学研究院研制的FCAS-R09 S-Zorb吸附剂在中国石化股份有限公司催化剂南京分公司实现了工业化生产,其产品在中国石油化工股份有限公司上海高桥分公司S-Zorb装置上进行了工业应用试验。工业试验前后对装置进行标定,通过有计划的加入国产吸附剂,提高国产吸附剂在整个系统吸附剂藏量的比例至60.4%。从工艺参数、原料和产品性质、物料平衡及硫平衡、氢耗、空速、氢油比、硫差、抗爆指数损失和物耗能耗进行比较分析,结果表明与进口吸附剂相比,国产吸附剂具有相当的脱硫反应活性及稳定性;具有更好的辛烷值保留能力;具有较好的流化性能及耐磨性能。在整个工业试验期间,装置操作参数保持平稳,装置能耗基本相同,吸附剂单耗相同。标定结果表明,汽油的脱硫率达到97.6%;产品收率达到了98.84%;抗爆指数损失率平均值为0.54。 The FCAS-R09 domestic S-Zorb absorbent developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petro- leum Processing (RIPP) was produced in SINOPEC Nanjing Catalyst Company and applied in the commercial S-Zorb process unit of SINOPEC Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. Performance tests have been made before and after the commercial demonstration. The absorbent has been added as scheduled to increase the percentage of domestic absorbent in absorbent inventory of the system. Analysis and comparison have been made of process parameters, feed and product properties, material balance, sulfur balance, hydrogen con- sumption, hourly space velocity, hydrogen to oil ratio, sulfur difference, octane number loss, material con- sumption and energy consumption. The results show that, as compared with overseas absorbent, the domestic absorbent has a good desulfurization activity and a higher stability. In addition, it also has a good fluidization performance and erosion resistance performance. In the period of commercial demonstration of domestic ab- sorbent, the operating parameters were stable and the energy consumption of the unit was the same as that be- fore application of the absorbent. The unit consumption of the absorbent was the same. The results of perform- ance tests show that the sulfur removal rate of gasoline reaches 97.6% , the product yield is as high as 98.84% and octane number loss is 0.54%.
