摘要
对PKM气化炉焦油加氢工艺方案分析表明,加氢精制生产柴油产品的工艺路线是可行的。采用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)研制开发的FH-98馏分油加氢精制催化剂,可以生产柴油调合组分。采用FRIPP柴油加氢改质异构降凝技术(FHI)和FH-98/FH-14两剂串联一次通过工艺流程,在氢分压10.0MPa、反应温度375℃、总体积空速0.8 h-1、氢油体积比800的工艺条件下对PKM炉焦油生成油进行处理,可以生产凝固点低于-30℃的低凝清洁柴油产品。成功开发的煤焦油加氢精制工艺技术在40 kt/a的PKM炉焦油加氢装置上应用,生产出优质、环保的清洁油品,为煤焦油的合理应用开辟了一条适宜的工艺技术路线。
The analysis of PKM furnace tar hydrogenation process shows that, diesel oil hydrotreating process route is feasible. The application of FH-98 distillate oil hydrofining catalyst developed by FRIPP can produce diesel blending component. By application of FHI technology, FH-98/FC-14 catalyst and once- through process, diesel of pour point lower than -30 ℃ can be produced at the conditions of 10.0 MPa hy- drogen partial pressure, 375 ℃ reaction temperature, 0.8 h-1 total space velocity, and 800:1 hydrogen to oil ratio. The successful commercial application of the coal tar hydrofining process in a 0.04 Mt/yr PKM furnace tar hydrogenation unit has produced high-quality, environmentally friendly clean products, which provides an appropriate process for economic utilization of coal tar.
