摘要
传统折流杆换热器的性能分析与设计计算多是针对方形布管的换热器形式进行的,三角形布管的折流杆换热器的性能评估与计算没有现成的资料。应用CFD软件进行分段模型研究,将不同布管方式的换热器局部流动与传热数据综合整理成整体法关联式,并与实验数据和C.C.Gentry提出的实验关联式进行对比研究,结果发现方形布管的模拟结果与C.C.Gentry关联式符合良好,传热预测平均偏差小于5%,压力降预测平均偏差小于9%;三角形布管的模拟结果与新提出的改进C.C.Gentry关联式比较,传热预测平均偏差小于7%,压力降预测平均偏差小于13%。从综合性能指标看,三角形布管折流杆换热器的综合性能优于方形布管的换热器,相同条件下,综合性能提高32%。
The analysis and design calculations of conventional rod baffle heat exchanger (RBHE) per- formance are mainly for RBHE with square tube layout. Therefore, there is no information available for the per- foimance evaluation and calculation of RBHE with triangular tube layout. The integer correlations are obtained with subsection model built with CFD software Fluent. The study and comparison with the experimental results and with correlations proposed by C. C. Gentry has found that the results of square tube layout simulation are well consistent with the results of correlation of C. C. Gentry. The average deviation of predicted heat transfer and predicted pressure drop is less than 5% and 9% respectively. It is also found by comparing simulation re- sults of triangular tube layout model with improved correlations of C. C. Gentry that the average deviation of pre- dicted heat transfer and predicted pressure drop is less than 7% and 13% respectively. In general, the compre- hensive performances of RBHE are superior over those of heat exchangers with triangle-layout by 32%.
