摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2粉体。研究了在400~700℃热处理对纳米粉体尺寸及晶体结构转变的影响。用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜分别对制备产物的物相、形貌进行表征和分析。用Spurr-Myers方法对制备产物中不同相的相对质量含量进行分析。研究结果表明:随热处理温度升高,粉体由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变,晶粒尺寸从10 nm增大到60 nm。
TiO2 nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel and were heated at 400~700 ℃ to study sizes and phase transformation of TiO2 nano powders.The crystalline structures and morphology of the obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The relative content of various phases were analyzed by Spurr-Myers method.The results turn out that the crystalline phase transforms from anatase to rutile and the size of TiO2 nano-powders increases from 10 nm to 60 nm with increasing the temperature of heat treatment.
