摘要
为降低螺旋锥齿轮传动链机构的传动误差测量成本,在传统测量的基础上,提出了一种使用多通道采集卡对齿轮传动误差进行检测的新方法。利用采集卡获取固联在齿轮滚动检查机主动箱末端的旋转编码器产生的脉冲信号,然后,通过数值分析的方法实现了对齿轮传动误差的测量,并依靠滤波后的传动误差数据实现对传动误差的频谱分析。试验结果表明:此测量方法稳定可靠、精度高,能够提取出螺旋锥齿轮啮合状态下的周期特征,为进一步研究齿轮的振动噪声与传动误差之间的关系奠定了基础。
To reduce the cost of transmission error(TE) measurement in spiral bevel gear drive chain,a new method of TE measurement with multi-channel acquisition card was proposed based on the traditional pulse counting methods.By using the acquistion card to obtain the pulse signals of the rotary encoders installed at the end of the driving shafts of the roller machine,the TE measurement was carried out by the software numerical calculations.Then the spectral analysis was achieved with the filtered TE data.Experimental data indicated that this approach is stable and reliable,and can extract the cycle characteristics at gear meshing.The method of synchronization acquisition data lays the foundation of the relationship among the TE,noise and vibration for further research.
