专用发酵剂降解玉米秸秆饲料的工艺优化 被引量:7

摘要 秸秆经过发酵剂发酵,可使粗纤维降解为小分子物质。同时,经乳酸菌、醋酸菌等作用产生大量有杀菌抑菌作用的有机酸,使得秸秆饲料得以长期保存。目前,市售的专用发酵剂是一种浓缩型菌种,其并未对特定秸秆发酵条件进行具体说明。本试验采用专用发酵剂对玉米秸秆进行发酵降解,利用二次通用旋转回归试验设计,优化发酵剂降解玉米秸秆的工艺条件。试验结果表明:玉米秸秆经专用发酵剂降解,其最佳工艺条件是发酵时间5.3 d,发酵温度31.4℃,含水量62.0%,接种量1.87%。在上述条件下,玉米秸秆中粗纤维的降解率可达44.69%。 Straw fermentation agent made crude fiber of stalk degradation into small molecule carbohydrates.The small molecule carbohydrates were converted to a large number of organic acids by the lactic acid bacteria,acetic bacteria,etc.The organic acids had a strong influence on inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria,which made straw feed having a long preservation period.Straw fermentation agent was a concentrated bacteria which didn't make a description for a particular straw.Through the quadratic general rotation union test design,the conditions of cornstalk fermented by straw fermentation agent were optimized.The result showed that the optimal conditions are fermentation for 5.3 days,fermentation temperature 31.4 ℃,water content of 62.0%,and fermentation agent inoculation of 1.87%.By these parameters,the crude fiber hydrolysis rate reaches 44.69%.
