马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液在LASIK术后治疗和预防屈光回退的临床研究

Clinical study of Maleate Timolol on preventing and treating refractive regression after LASIK surgery

目的探讨马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液在LASIK术后治疗和预防屈光回退中的临床效果。方法选取在本院接受LASIK术后有屈光回退的近视眼患者60例(100眼),随机分为观察组30例(52眼)和对照组30例(48眼)。对照组患者在术后对其应用抗生素滴眼液和皮质类固醇滴眼液等常规治疗方法;研究组患者术后在采用常规用药的基础上,术后第1天即使用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液。1个月为1个疗程,所有患者治疗时间为3个月。治疗结束后对患者进行眼压测定和验光视力检查以比较指标的变化。结果观察组眼观视力改善情况明显优于对照组,眼压下降以及屈光度均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在LASIK术后应用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液能有效降低近视的屈光度,是预防术后屈光回退的一种简单、易行且有效的治疗方法,有待于进一步在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Maleate Timolol on preventing and treatmg relractlve regression after LASIK surgery. Methods Sixty myopic patients （100 eyes） with refractive regression after LASIK surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group in 30 cases （52 eyes） and observation group in 30 cases （48 eyes） averagely. The control group used conventional treatment methods with antibiotic drops and corti- costeroid drops; On the basis of conventional medication, the observation group used maleate timolol from the first postoperative day in addition. A month for a course of treatment, all patients with treatment time for 3 months. Intraoc- ular pressure measurement and Vision screening were executed in all patients after treatment to compare the index changes. Results The grossly vision improved situation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, both the intraocular pressure and diopter decreased significantly lower than the control group, the differences between the two groups had significant deviation in statistics （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Maleate timolol can effec tively reduce the diopter of myopia after LASIK surgery, which is a simple, easy and effective method to prevent postoperative refractive regression. This therapeutic regimen need to be further promoted in clinical application.
