摘要
目的研究小剂量阿司匹林对糖尿病大鼠白细胞凋亡相关蛋白的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠,尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素30mg/kg,造成1型糖尿病动物模型,随机分为糖尿病模型组和9mg/kg阿司匹林治疗组(ASA治疗组),每组8只,另选8只健康雄性大鼠为正常对照组。各组大鼠灌服给药12周后,免疫组化法检测分析白细胞Caspase-3、Bax和Bcl-2的表达情况。结果与正常对照组比较,糖尿病模型组大鼠白细胞Caspase-3、Bax表达增强,Bcl-2的表达减弱,Bcl-2/Bax比值降低;ASA治疗组大鼠,Caspase-3、Bax表达减低,Bcl-2表达提升,并提高Bcl-2/Bax比值。结论小剂量阿司匹林对糖尿病大鼠白细胞凋亡相关蛋白表达有调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose aspirin on diabetic rats leucocyte apoptosis related protein. Methods Male SD rats were injected streptozotocin (STZ,30 mg/kg) by tail intravenous for establishing the type 1 diabetes animal model, they were randomly divided into diabetes model group and 9 mg/kg aspirin treatment group (ASA treatment group), other 8 healthy male SD rats were included into the control group. The rats raked medicine by irrigation stomach for 12 weeks, detected the Caspase-3, Bax and Bcl-2 expression by immunohistochemical method. Resuits Compared with the normal control group, diabetic rats leucocyte Caspase-3, Bax express induced, Bcl-2 expression reduced, Bcl-2/Bax ratio decreased; ASA treatment rats, leucocyte Caspase-3, Bax expression reduced, Bcl-2 expression induced and Bcl-2/Bax ratio increased. Conclusion Low-dose aspirin may adjust diabetic rats leucocyte apoptosis related protein expression.
