伢典化学机械微创治疗龋齿的临床分析

Clinical analysis of carisolv chemical mechanical minimally invasive treatment of dental caries

目的研究伢典化学机械法治疗龋齿的临床疗效。方法选取本院口腔内科近年收治龋齿患者120例(216牙),根据治疗方法分为传统组和伢典组各60例,两组分别采用传统球钻治疗和伢典化学机械法治疗,比较两组去龋时间、疼痛例数及去龋成功例数。结果伢典组去龋时间为(3.690.85)min,术中疼痛发生率为15.0%,均明显低于传统组,伢典组去龋成功率为90.0%,明显高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论伢典化学疗法治疗龋齿操作简单,患者耐受力好,去龋效果更为显著,失败率明显降低,是一种高效、安全的治疗方法,应当在牙科临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of carisolv chemical mechanical treatment of dental caries. Methods One hundred and twenty patients （216 teeth） in Oral Medicine of our hospital were divided into traditional group and carisolv group, 60 cases in each group, two groups were given traditional round bur treatment and carisolv chemical mechanical treatment, saprodontia remove time, pain situation and the successful rate of two groups were compared. Results Saprodontia remove time [（3.690.85）mini, the incidence of intraoperative pain （15.0%） of carisolv group were significantly lower than traditional group, saprodontia removal success rate was 90.0%, it was significantly higher than traditional group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Carisolv saprodontia removal effect of chemotherapy treatment of dental caries is good, with simple operation, good tolerance, low failure rate, so it is an effective, safe treatment, should be promoted in treatment of dental caries.
