阴道超声对异位妊娠诊断的优势

Advantage of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound

目的分析探讨阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法本院妇科收治疑似异位妊娠患者82例,经手术证实为异位妊娠的患者69例,对其进行临床资料和病理结果分析。结果 69例患者均经手术、病理证实为异位妊娠;阴道超声诊断宫外孕异位妊娠65例,其与病理诊断符合率为94.2%。结论经阴道超声作为一种无创伤、简便易引、重复性强的检查方法,已成为临床常规检查手段之一,具有重要的临床实用价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the value of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound. Methods Sixty nine patients among 82 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology, and their clinical data and pathological results were analyzed. Results Sixty nine cases were pathologically proved to be ectopic pregnancy by the operations; 65 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound, the pathological diagnosis accordance rate was 94.2%. Conclusion As a noninvasive, convenient, easily-introduced and repeated testing method, transvaginal ultrasound has been one of the routine clinical checking means and has important clinical practical value.
