摘要
目的探讨理中丸治疗病毒性腹泻的临床效果。方法将120例病毒性腹泻患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予纠酸、补液、利巴韦林、蒙脱石散等常规治疗,观察组给予纠酸、补液、利巴韦林、理中丸治疗。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论理中丸治疗病毒性腹泻效果可靠。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Lizhong pill in the treatment of viral diarrhea. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with viral diarrhea were divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, regular treatments like the correction of acidosis, fluid infusion, ribavirin, and montmorillonite powder, etc were applied. In the observation group, correction of acidosis, fluid infusion, and ribavirin, Lizhong pill was also provided. Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group, which was superior to that in the control group （86.67%）, there was significant difference （/9 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lizbong pill applied to treat viral diarrhea can get reliable efficacy.
