摘要
目的探讨单踝关节置换的护理体会,为临床提供参考。方法以本院收治的12例行单踝关节置换术治疗的患者为研究对象,均给予全面的护理,比较患者手术前与手术后3个月时的踝关节功能评分情况。结果 12例患者均顺利渡过围术期,无一例出现感染、深静脉血栓形成以及关节僵硬。所有患者术后3个月踝关节疼痛、活动度、稳定性等评分均较术前明显提高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝关节置换是治疗踝关节严重损伤的有效方法,全面的护理可减少并发症的发生,对缓解踝关节疼痛和提高疗效有重要意义。
Objective To explore the experience of single ankle replacement nursing, in order to provide the reference for clinic. Methods Twelve cases of single ankle replacement patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all the patients were given the comprehensive nursing, and the ankle function score of patients were compared before and 3 months after operation. Results Twelve patients were successfully through perioperative, no case of infections, deep venous thrombosis and stiff joints occurred. The ankle pain, activity and stability of scores in all the patients were obviously increased in 3 months after operation than before, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The ankle replacement treatment is a effective method to ankle serious injury, and comprehensive nursing can reduce complications, it has important significance to alleviate ankle pain and improve the efficacy.
