摘要
目的探讨人工全膝关节翻修术中护理配合的临床效果。方法选择2002年3月～2009年6月实施膝关节翻修术患者36例,采用新旧手术护理条件对比实验检测患者的并发症发病率。结果试验组感染并发症的发病率(5.56%)显著低于对照组(11.11%)。结论新手术护理方式可以显著降低人工全膝关节翻修术后的并发症发病率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing cooperation in revision total knee replacement. Methods Thirty-six crises of patients who were performed with revision total knee replacements were selected from March 2002 to June 2009, and the infection rate in the setting of new nursing conditions was compared with that under old nursing conditions. Results The infection rate was significantly lower in experimental group （5.56%） than that of control group （11.11%）. Conclusion the new nursing methods can significantly reduce the incidence of infection in revision total knee replacement.
