摘要
目的观察改革护理技能实训方法和场景对护生学业情绪的影响效果。方法将本院2009级护理本科1班学生50名设为研究班,2班学生50名设为对照班。其中对照班采用传统的技能训练模式即"教师演示—学生模拟训练—教师指导"三段式实训法进行教学。研究班则在本院护理技能中心的模拟病房采用SimMan综合模拟人,使用高端模拟系统设计模拟场景进行技能训练。对两个班的护生进行学业情绪测试。数据进行统计学处理(t检验)。结果采用不同护理技能实训场景进行实训课教学,两个班护生学业情绪各维度与各因子得分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论模拟场景护理技能训练可促使护生的学业情绪得到全面的提高。
Objective To observe the influence of reform of nursing skills practical training methods and scenarios on nursing students" academic emotions. Methods Fifty students from Class 1 in 2009 Grade of nursing undergraduates of our college were selected as the study class and fifty students from Class 2 were selected as the control class. The control class received traditional skills training model, namely the three-phase "teacher demonstration-student simulation training-teacher guidance" practical training method. The study class received skills training under the simulated scenario designed by a high-end simulation system and used the anthropomorphic dummy SimMan in the simulation ward of our nursing skills center. The academic emotions of the two classes were tested and analyzed statistically (t test). Results Using different nursing skills practical training scenarios for teaching, the two classes of nursing students were different in each dimension of academic emotions, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Simulated scenario nursing skills training can promote the nursing students" academic emotions comprehensively.
