不同术前清洁肠道方法的效果分析

Effect analysis of different preoperative intestinal cleansing methods

目的对术前肠道清洁方式进行分析研究与优化选择,进一步改善术前肠道清洁成效。方法选取本院收治的60例术前需要开展肠道清洁的患者,在肠道清洁中分别使用肛管灌肠与中药方式,比较效果。结果观察组大便外流、排便感强烈的患者为3.3%和15.6%,对照组为23.3%和70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中药清洁方式在术前进行肠道清洁准备效果更加明显。

Objective To analyze preoperative intestine cleansing methods, select optimal method and further improve the intestine cleaning effectiveness. Methods Sixty inpatients who needed intestine cleansing were selected and given intestine cleansing respectively by anus canal clysis and traditional Chinese medicine, then effects were compared. Results Patients who had stool outflow, strong defecation sense were respectively 3.3% and 15.6% in the observation group, while 23.3% and 70.0% in the control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative intestine cleansing by traditional Chinese medicine has more apparent effect.
