药物流产术后继发不孕的临床分析

Clinical analysis of secondary infertility after medical abortion

目的 探讨和分析妇女在进行药物流产后继发不孕的临床原因以及相关预防措施。方法本文随机选取了2008年6月～2011年4月因药物流产术后继发不孕来本院妇产科诊治的30例患者进行分析．通过对这些患者临床资料的统计，来分析药物流产术对妇女产生继发不孕的原因以及临床进行预防和控制的相关措施。结果本次研究的资料结果显示，本次所选择的这30例药物流产后继发不孕的患者中，原冈多由于宫腔粘连、输卵管粘连不通、盆腔炎性粘连等。结论本次研究结果显示，患者进行药物流产术后，需及时控制感染、阴道出血时间以及并发症的发生，同时加强药流药物规范使用、系统随诊的管理，加强个人卫生保健和预防的宣教，杜绝私自外购药流药物使用，减少不孕的发生。

Objective To discuss the reason and relevant precautionary measures of patients with secondary infertility after medical abortion. Methods Thirty patients with secondary infertility after medical abortion treated in our hospital from June 2008 to April 2011 were analyzed by clinical data statistics to find the reason and clinical precautionary and control measures to secondary infertility. Results Statistics showed intrauterine adhesions, tubal adhesions barrier, and pelvic inflammatory adhesions were main reasons for secondary infertility after medical abortion among these 30 patients. Con- clusion According to the research results, patients should timely control infection, vaginal bleeding and complications after medical abortion. At the same time, hospitals should strengthen the regulation of the use of medical abortion drugs, and the management of followed up system. We should enhance propagation and education to popularize personal health care and prevention, put an end to the purchase of medical abortion drugs privately so as to reduce secondary infertility.
