腔内外联合放射治疗食管癌临床疗效分析

Effect of external irradiation combined with intracavitary irradiation in esophageal carcinoma

目的探讨腔内外联合放射治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法选取食管癌患者162例,分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取腔内外联合放射治疗,对照组采用单纯外放射治疗。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为60.49%(49/81)和91.36%(74/81);对照组显效率和总有效率分别为41.98%(34/81)和71.60%(58/81),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内外联合放射治疗食管癌疗效显著,还能够降低复发率和提高食管癌患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the curative tracavitary irradiation. Methods One hundred groups. The treatment group was given external effect of esophageal carcinoma treated with external irradiation and in- and sixty-two patients with esophageal irradiation and intracavitary irradiation, carcinoma was divided in two the control group was given ex- ternal irradiation. Results The significant effective rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were 60.49% （49i81） and 91.36% （74/81） respectively; the significant effective rate and the total effective rate of control group were 41.98% （34/81） and 71.60% （58/81） respectively, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion External irradiation and intracavitary irradiation in esophageal carcinoma achieve significant therapy clini- cal curative effect, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
