不同方式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床疗效分析

The clinical effect analysis of different tension -free hernioplasties in the treatment of inguinal hernia

目的对比研究疝环充填式无张力疝修补术与平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法抽取92例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组46例。对照组患者采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗;治疗组患者采用平片无张力疝修补术治疗。结果治疗组患者腹股沟疝治疗有效率明显高于对照组;手术操作时间和术后恢复时间明显短于对照组;术中出血量和治疗总费用明显低于对照组;围术期并发症和不良反应发生率明显少于对照组。结论应用平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To comparatively study the clinical effects of inguinal hernia patients treated by mesh plug ten sion-free hernioplasty （MPTFHP） and mesh tension-free hernioplasty （MTFHR）. Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with inguinal hernia were selected and divided into control group and treatment group. In the control group, patients were treated by MPTFHP, while in the treatment group, patients were treated by MTFHR. Results The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group. The operation time and postoperative recovery time were both obviously shorter than those in the control group. The amount of bleeding in operation and the total cost was less than control group. The complications occurred in perioperative period and number of patients with adverse reactions were remarkably less than those in control group. Conclusion Clinical effect of MTFHR in the treatment of inguinal hernia is satisfactory, it is worthy of promotion.
