布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗感染后咳嗽127例疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of Budesonide power for inhalation in treatment of postinfectious cough

目的探讨布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法将252例感染后咳嗽患者随机分为两组,对照组125例给予常规抗感染以及止咳、化痰等治疗,观察组在此基础上加用布地奈德粉吸入剂。结果观察组总有效率为96.1%,对照组为80.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生。结论布地奈德粉吸入剂对感染后咳嗽疗效显著,且安全性好。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Budesonide power for inhalation in treatment of postinfectious cough. Methods Two hundred and fifty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was given general anti-infective and antitussive and expectorant drug treatment, the treatment group was added with Budesonide power for inhalation.
