摘要
目的探讨脑梗死(CI)与血脂水平的相关性。方法将本院脑梗死患者35例设为观察组,非脑梗死患者设为对照组,检测其血清TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1及ApoB水平,评估其与脑梗死的关系。结果观察组患者TG、LDL-C、ApoB水平均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者HDL-C和ApoA1水平均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1及ApoB水平异常检出率均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1及ApoB与脑梗死关系密切,值得重视。
Objective To investigate the correlation of cerebral infarction and blood fat level. Methods Thirty five cases with cerebral infarction (CI) were selected as the observation group, and 35 cases without cerebral infarction were selected as the control group. The level of TG, HDL-C, LDL-C ,ApoA1 and ApoB of the two group were detected, and the their correlation with cerebral infarction was evaluated. Results The level of TG, LDL-C and ApoB in the observa- tion group were higher than those in control group, and there was significant difference (/9 〈 0.05). The level of HDL- C and ApoA1 in the observation group was lower than those in control group, and there were significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The abnormity detection rate of TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA1 and ApoB were higher in the observation group than those in the control group, and there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The correlation of TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA1 and ApoB is close, so they are worth being used.
