儿童行为问题与家庭功能关系的探讨

目的探讨儿童行为问题与家庭特点及家庭功能的关系。方法使用家庭功能量表(FAD)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对29例行为问题儿童的母亲进行测量并与对照组对比,对大于12岁问题行为组儿童进行FAD测量并与其母亲对比。结果问题行为组FAD中问题解决、情感反应、情感介入及总的功能均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),问题行为儿童FAD的沟通和行为控制评分高于母亲评分(P<0.05)。结论儿童问题行为与家庭功能失调有关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between children＇s problem behavior and family characteristics and family functioning. Methods Family assesment device （FAD）, hamilton depression scale （HAMD） were compleleted by the children＇s mothers and FAD were compleleted by children greater than 12 years with problem behavior. Re- sults The problem behavior group had higher scores in problem solving, affective responsiveness, affective involvement and general functioning in FAD than that of normal control group （P 〈 0.05）, The children with problem behavior had higher scores in communication and behavior control in FAD than their mother （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The disturbance of family function is correlated with children＇s problem behavior.
