输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗体外冲击波碎石失败输尿管结石临床分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)失败的输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗ESWL失败的输尿管结石32例。结果 31例一次碎石成功,1例进镜失败改开放手术,排净结石29例,术后2周结石排净率为93.5%,结石未排净1例,术后3个月复查,不存在残留结石。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗ESWL失败输尿管结石,具有结石排净率高、微创、术后并发症少等优点,临床上可作为治疗ESWL失败输尿管结石的首选手术方法。 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of ureteroscopic Ho.YAG laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi after failed ESWL. Methods Thirty-two patients with ureteral calculi after failed ESWL were undergone the procedure of ureteroscopic Ho.YAG laser lithotripsy. Results Thirty-one cases were all successful and 1 case converted to open surgery. 29 cases of ureteral calculi were completely discharged. 93.5% stone free-rate was achieved 2 weeks after surgery. 1 case of calculi was not discharged, but there were no residual calculi after 3 months, There were no serious complications. Conclusion Ureteroscopic Ho.YAG laser lithotripsy is effective, minimally invasive and less complica- tions. It can be used as the first choice for treatment of ureteral calculi after failed ESWL in clinical work,
