摘要 目的研究关节镜下内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果和安全性。方法按照随机分组法将108例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组采用切开内固定治疗,观察组采用关节镜下内固定治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果与手术并发症发生率。结果观察组术中手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量和住院时间低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,可优先用于合并关节内腔内结构损伤患者。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of arthroscopic internal fixation in treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods One hundred and eight patients with tibial plateau fracture were allocated randomly to ob- servation group and control group with 54 cases in each. The control group patients adopted the treatment of open re- duction and internal fixation, the observation group patients was treated with arthroscopic internal fixation. The effect and the incidence rate of complication in two groups were compared. Results The operation time of observation group patients were longer than that of control group, the bleeding amount and length of stay were lower than that of control group, the difference between two groups was statistical significant (P 〈 0.05). The incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclu- sion Arthroscopic internal fixation has some advantages for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture with fewer trauma, quicker recovery and so on. So it can be preferred for the patients combined with articular cavity structure injury.
