强脉冲光祛除腋毛的临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价强脉冲光祛除腋毛的临床疗效。方法采用强脉冲光治疗仪对46例患者双侧腋部进行脱毛治疗。治疗波长700~1200nm,能量密度26~42J/cm2,脉冲宽度30~40ms,治疗间隔为4~8周,每次治疗前及末次治疗结束后6个月评价患者的临床效果。结果 3次治疗后治愈率、有效率分别为19.56%、89.13%,4次治疗后治愈率、有效率分别为70.45%、100.00%,5次治疗后治愈率、有效率分别为85.71%、100.00%,6次治疗后治愈率、有效率分别为100.00%、100.00%。未出现水疱、瘢痕、色素沉着和色素减退。结论强脉冲光脱腋毛安全效果好,不良反应少,不影响工作生活,患者易于接受。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intense pulsed light (IPL) on axillary hair removal. Methods Axillary hair removal of forty-six patients was performed by using IPL at 4 to 8 weeks interval. The energy density was delivered in the range of 26-42 J/cm2 by multiple pulse illumination with duration of 30-40 ms and wavelength of 700-1 200 nm. The assessment for curative effect of hair reduction was conducted prior to each treatment and 6 months after the last treatment. Results The cure rate and the effective rate after three treatments was 19.56% and 89.13%, after four treatments was 70.45% and 100.00%, after five treatments was 85.71% and 100.00%, while after six treatments was 100.00% and 100.00%. No adverse effects such as blister, scarring and pigmentation or hypopigmentation were observed. Conclusion Intense pulsed light is safe and better effective on axillary hair removal, less adverse reaction, does not affect work and life, and easy for patients to accept.
