2009～2010年肇庆市涂阳肺结核患者血清白细胞介素-10水平检测情况分析

Analysis on Detection of Serum Interleukin-10 Levels Among Patients with Acid-fast Bacilli Smear-positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Its Clinical Significance, Zhaoqing City, 2009-2010

[目的]检测涂阳肺结核患者化疗前后血清白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)水平,探讨其水平含量变化及临床的疗效追踪。[方法]应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)分别与化疗前、化疗后2个月、8个月检测27例复治涂阳肺结核患者、27例初治涂阳患者和27名正常对照者血清中IL-10的水平。[结果]化疗前,复治涂阳肺结核患者中体内的血清IL-10水平为27.83±13.91pg/ml,明显高于对照组水平15.19±8.52pg/ml(P<0.05),但与初治涂阳患者血清IL-10水平25.24±13.91pg/ml比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抗结核化疗2个月后,初治涂阳患者体内的血清IL-10水平17.38±6.94pg/ml较化疗前明显下降(P<0.05);复治涂阳肺结核患者IL-10水平24.76±11.31pg/ml与化疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抗结核化疗8个月后,复治涂阳患者血清IL-10水平15.08±9.37pg/ml较治疗前下降明显(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]IL-10水平检测有助于了解涂阳结核病的活动性,判断病情及预后,监测涂阳结核患者化疗的效果。

[Objective]To detect the levels of interleukin-10 （IL-10） in serum among patients with acid-fast bacilli （AFB） smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis（PTB） pre-and post chemotherapy, so as to investigate the levels of its con- tent. [Methods]Detection was conducted on IL-10 levels in the serum using double-antibody sandwich enzymeqinked im- munosorbent assay（ELISA） of 27 cases retreatment AFB smear-positive PTB patients,27 cases first treatment of AFB smear-positive PTB patients and 27 healthy controls. [Results]IL-10 levels serum in retreatment smear-positive PTB pa- tients 27. 83±13.91 pg/ml were higher than the control group 15. 194±8.52 pg/ml （ P 〈0.05） ,And IL-10 levels in first AFB smear-positive patients serum in comparison 25.24±13.91 pg/ml （ P 〈0.05）. IL-10 levels in first AFB smear-posi- tive PTB patients in 2 months post chemotherapy decreased significantly 17.38 ± 6.94 pg/ml, Compared with before chemotherapy （P 〈0.05）; IL-10 levels in the recurrence, retreatment smear-positive PTB patients in 2 months post chemotherapy 24.76 ±11.31 pg/mt, still maintained higher levels,its in 8 months of retreatment post chemotherapy re- duced significantly 15.08 ±9.37 pg/ml,compared with the control group without difference（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Detection of ILH0 helps to understand the activity of AFB smear-positive PTB, determine the condition and prognosis, and monitor the therapeutic effect of smear-positive PTB patients.
