2011年潍坊市健康人群麻疹、风疹、流行性腮腺炎抗体水平调查

Survey on Levels of Measles, Rubella and Mumps Antibody Among Healthy Population, Weifang City, 2011

[目的]了解潍坊市健康人群麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎(以下简称腮腺炎)抗体水平,以便做好消除麻疹,控制风疹和腮腺炎工作。[方法]2011年8月,在潍坊市的昌乐县和潍城区随机抽取健康人群320名(每个县区<2、2～4、5～7、8～10、11～14、15～19、20～40、>40岁各20人)进行血清麻疹、风疹、腮腺炎抗体水平检测。[结果]检测320人,麻疹抗体阳性率为97.50%,风疹抗体阳性率为90.63%,腮腺炎抗体阳性率为75.31%。昌乐县、潍城区各检验160人,麻疹抗体阳性率分别为98.75%、96.25%(P>0.05),风疹抗体阳性率分别为89.38%、91.88%(P>0.05),腮腺炎抗体阳性率分别为84.38%、66.25%(P<0.01)。8个年龄组分别检测40人,麻疹抗体阳性率,5～7、8～10、11～14和>40岁均为100.00%,其他各组也在92.50%以上;风疹抗体阳性率,2～4、11～14、15～19、>40岁均为92.50%,其他各组均在87.50%以上;腮腺炎抗体阳性率,只有2～4岁为85.00%,其他各组为67.50%(20～40岁)至80.00%(<2和11～14岁)。[结论]潍坊市健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率较高,风疹、腮腺炎抗体阳性率偏低。

[Objective]To understand the serum antibody levels of measles,rubella,and mumps among healthy popula- tion in Weifang city, so as to provide theoretic basis for the elimination and control of measles, rubella and mumps epidem- ic. [Methods]According to the method of random sampling, serum specimens were collected among healthy population from ~2,2-4,5-7,8-10,11-14,15-219,20-40 and ~40 years old in Changle county and Weicheng district to detect mea- sles,rubella,and mumps IgG antibody. [Results]A total of 320 serum specimens were collected and detected. Measles, ru- bella and mumps antibody positive rate was 97.50% 90.63%, 75.31~ respectively, the samples were 160 in Changle county and Weicheng district respectively, the measles antibody positive rate was 98.75 %, 96.25 ~ （ P 〉0.05）, the rubel la antibody positive rate was 89.38% ,91.88^（ P ^0.05） and the mumps antibody positive rate was 84.38% ,66.25%（ P d0.01） respectively in these regions. There were 40 persons in eight age groups respectively, the measles antibody posi- tive rate was 100% in 5-7 years,8-10 years,11-14 years and ~40 years old and above 92.50% in other age groups. The rubella antibody positive rate was 92.50% in 2-4 years, 11-4 years, 15-19 years, ~40 years old respectively and above 87.50% in other age groups. The mumps antibody positive rate was 85.00% only in 2-4 years old and between 67.50% （20-40 years old）to 80.00~ （%2 years and 11-14 years）in other groups. [Conclusion]Measles antibody positive rate is higher and rubella,mumps antibody positive rate is relatively lower.
