摘要
E面电介质片或铁氧体片加载结构是波导铁氧体器件(例如移相器和鳍线隔离器)的一种常见结构。本文发展了E面部分加载器件的一种等效理论。E面加载结构可等效成充满均匀等效电介质的波导管。给出有关填充因子、有效介电常数、约化波阻抗和约化波导波长的理论公式。进行了波导铁氧体移相器和鳍线铁氧体隔离器的匹配设计。X波段的实验研究表明,在10%频宽内,VSWR<1.25(波导移相器)和1.5(鳍线隔离器)是能够实现的。设计与实验有良好一致。
The E-plane dielectric or ferrite slab loaded structure is a common structure for waveguide ferrite devices, such as a phaser and a finline isolator. An equivalent theory for the E-plane loaded partially devices have heen developed. The E-plane loaded structure can be equivalent to a waveguide filled with a uniform effective dielectric. The theoretical formulas for the filling factor, effective dielectric constant, reduced wave impedance and reduced waveguide wavelength are given. The matching designs for waveguide ferrite phaser and finline ferrite isolator have been done. The experimental researches have been performed in X-band, and VSWR <1.25 (waveguide phaser) and 1.5 (finline isolator) in 10%bandwidth can be realized. Good agreement between design and experiment is obtained.
