本文介绍了一种用工业控制机构成的工业控制系统 ,它实现对系统的温度、电流及炉管转速的实时监测和控制任务。在系统的操作过程中采用了顺序联锁控制以保证系统正常工作。系统具有多种报警功能 ,能对电机过电流 ,炉管超温等进行报警。系统还具有数据记录及报表功能。用Windows95作为操作平台 ,用GENIE软件对系统进行组态。

This paper takes up an automatic control system based on an industrial computer.It realizes real-time monitoring and control task of the rotating furnace.In the process of system operation,a sequence-locking control procedure is adopted,in order to keep the system running in a normal statc.A mult-function alarming system will work when overflow current occurs in the motor or heating circults,as well as overtemperature occurs in the furnace.The system also has the function of proccess data-recording and statistics reporting.The computer system uses Windows 95 as its operating platform,with GENIE configuring and realizing the control strategy and display.The whole system is easy,safe and reliable in operation and satisfactory in property.
