摘要
在护理人员紧缺及国家卫生部、市卫生局大力提倡的"优质护理服务示范工程"开展的情况下,打破传统固定排班方式,采用院科两级弹性排班的原则及相关方法,节约护理人力资源,创新性促进优质护理服务开展,保障护理质量安全,提升患者满意度,充分体现以人为本的精神,以患者为中心的服务理念。
Under the circumstances of nursing staff shortage and the development of "the project of setting examples of high quality nursing service" which was strongly advocated by the ministry of health and the municipal health bu- reau, breaking the traditional fixed work schedule, using the flexible scheduling principles and related methods by two grades of hospital and department, will fully embody the spirt of people-oriented spirit and the service conception of patient-centered. To make reasonable and effective use of nursing human resources, promote nursing service innova- tive, assure quality and safety of nursing care, and improve patient's satisfaction.
