摘要
在pH10.8的乙二胺(en)-HCl-EDTA底液中,可获得Be(Ⅱ)-桑色素(Mor)的络合吸附波。铍的最低检出量为2.0ng/ml。其电活性络合物的组成为:Be(Ⅱ):Mor=1:1。讨论了电极过程机理。
This paper reports the polarographic behaviors of beryllium-morin system. In a supporting electrolyte containing 3 × 10-5 mol/L morin, 0.1 mol/L EDTA and 0.1 mol /L ethylenediamine-HCl, at pH 10.8, a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of beryllium -morin can be obtained by single-sweep polarograph. The peak height of the derivative wave is proportional to the CB, from 2.0 × 10-7 to 1.0 × 10-4 mol/L. The composition and the conditional stability constant of the electroactive complex have been determined as Be(Ⅱ) :morin = 1: 1 and lgβ=5.8by using polarographic equimolar series method and two points method. The electrode processes of the adsorptive complex wave have been discussed.
