摘要 目的了解龙岩地区妇女HPV感染的阳性率与各年龄段的关系及各亚型的分布情况,为该地区宫颈癌防治及流行病学研究提供依据。方法采用反向斑点杂交-基因芯片法检测1456例女性宫颈脱落细胞,以进行23种HPV基因型检测,计算HPV感染的阳性率和年龄段的关系及HPV亚型感染分布特点。结果 1456例标本中阳性540例,阳性率为37.09%,检测出21种HPV亚型,HPV44亚型和MM4亚型未被检出。低危亚型组主要以43亚型为主,高危亚型组优势型别依次为HPV16、58和52。HPV感染的高峰年龄为30~50岁,各年龄组的HPV阳性检出率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 HPV基因分型检测对宫颈癌防治有较好的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the positive rate of female HPV infection and all ages and the distrubution of each subtype in Longyan region, in order to provide the basis for the prevention and control of cervical cancer and epidemiological study. Methods To detect 23 kinds of HPV genotype, calculate the relation between the positive rate of female HPV infection and all ages,the distribution characteristics of each subtype by dot blot hybridization reverse-gene chip to detect 1456 cases of female cervical exfoliated cells. Results 540 in 1456 cases were positive,with 37.09% positive rate. Among 540 positive samples, 21 subtypes of 23 known subtypes were detected .The HPV44 and MM4 subtypes had not been detected in this study.Low-risk type was mainly HPV 43 subtype and high-risk superior types were HPV 16,58 and 52. The peak age of HPV infection ranged from 30 to 50 years old.There was significant difference between different aged groups in HPV positive detection rate(P〈 0.05). Conclusion HPV genotyping detection is meaningful in cervical cancer prevention and control.
