摘要
首次在10K-900K的温度范围内研究了硅磷酸钆基质中Ce^(3+)能级的热移位。
Cerium(3+)-activated silicophosphate was prepared by solid state reaction. In the temperature range 10-900K the emission spectra of Ce3+ excited by Hg 251 nm have been systematically investigated and the thermal shift of the wave lengths of the emission spectra was observed. The thermal shift of 5d and 2F7/2 energy was caused by the shift of the emission spectra. A theoretical calculation thermal shift with a modified equation have been done. The theoretical values are in accordance with the experimental.
