摘要
目的观察慢性鼻窦炎行功能性鼻内镜手术(FESS)后应用鼻腔清洗机冲洗鼻腔的疗效。方法行FESS治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者286例,术后随机分为观察组和对照组各143例。观察组采用纳米气水导引清洗机冲洗鼻腔。对照组使用鼻腔冲洗器冲洗鼻腔。2组均使用生理盐水为冲洗液,随访3个月以上,比较2组患者疗效、鼻腔黏膜的上皮化时间及患者舒适度。结果观察组和对照组比较,观察组的疗效显著,上皮化时间明显缩短,较舒适,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用纳米气水导引清洗机用生理盐水冲洗液冲洗鼻腔在慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉鼻内镜术后效果优于传统方法。
Objective To observe the effect of nasal irrigation using ENT aerosol purging machine after functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）.Methods 286 patients with chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps received FESS were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group use ENT aerosol purging machine and the control group use nasal irrigator to nasa/ irrigation.Two groups were followed up for 3 months,then compareed the effect,time of epithelization and degree of comfort.Results The difference between observation group and the control group was significant（P〈0.05）.The cure rate of observation group is significantly improved and the the time of epithelium is significantly shorter.Conclusion Use ENT aerosol purging machine in nasal irrigation is better than the traditional method.
